You hang in there Tony. I made the decision to start on meds long ago and it takes courage to admit you need help. Changing meds is never easy but you took that step. You are important to a lot of people. Be good to yourself. You deserve all good things.

I'm a therapist and it's so valuable to have a med mgmnt provider with whom you have a good relationship. Their job is to be there whenever it feels like something isn't effective. Recognizing when you're not horrible but also not good is a skill and to be able to act on that is really awesome. Most providers want to help when things are starting to slide, before things are already all the way downhill. Depression and anxiety are treatable and while the treatment we have are not perfect and may not be 100% effective, there IS help out there. I love following your journey and I think you for sharing it with us
