Yesterday, I was very anxious. More anxious than I have been all year. I could barely breathe at some parts of the day, and none of it made sense to me. Anxiety rarely does, but this was really bad. I had to take it easy for the night. While sitting there I thought and thought and worried and worried. And a really good friend said something earlier in the day that hit me hours later…
