Okay, I am excited. I have been doing Dietbets now for well over 10 years. It is one of my favorite things to do an promote. Because I truly believe in them and yes it works!
First off, it is simple. You challenge yourself, no one else. You have 28 days to lose 4% of your bodyweight. That is a healthy amount. So if you weigh 200 pounds, you have 28 days to lose 8 pounds. And you lose it any way you want. I will never ever ever push a diet or a workout plan because I only know what works for me. But you can do any or none.
So after 28 days, everyone who hits their goal will “split the pot”. So my game is $75 to enter. No matter what you will win back your money, plus some. SO you should walk away with $100-$125. Maybe more.
Here is why I love this. First off, money holds people accountable. I mean, no one wants to lose $75! So everyone can work hard and cheer each other on. Second, it is not a competition against others. You are going against yourself.
And there are a lot of rules to prevent people from cheating, but even if you do cheat, you are only cheating yourself.
